I had a experience with the service of XYZ Company that I felt was so negative, and I would like to write about it. The service was so poor that it made me want to abandon all hope in dealing with them ever agn.
My first impression of this company was already bad when they delayed my order for over two weeks reasonable explanation or update. I was forced to reach out several times to their customer service department just to get some sort of response.
When my item finally arrived, it was not what I had ordered at all. The description on the website was misleading and the product didn't match even remotely with its description online.
The next step would have been to return this item, but trying to reach someone from their customer service department agn proved to be futile. The lines were always busy or out of order.
In short, my experience with XYZ Company has been nothing but a complete nightmare filled with poor communication and misrepresentation of products.
